December Fritter of the Month
We’ve taken Grandma’s fruitcake and made it groovy, baby! This light, fluffy yeast dough is chopped and mixed with holiday spices—cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg—plus apple filling and a colorful blend of glace fruits (cherries, orange, lemon peel, citron, and pineapple). Topped with a rich cinnamon glaze, it’s a festive fritter that’s merry, bright, and oh-so-delicious!
