We’ve taken Grandma’s fruitcake and made it groovy, baby! This light, fluffy yeast dough is chopped and mixed with holiday spices—cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg—plus apple filling and a colorful blend of glace fruits (cherries, orange, lemon peel, citron, and pineapple).
