Raising Wages

Despite the recent decision by the State of Michigan to forgo the increase in minimum wage, we have decided to provide our staff with pay raises to start off 2021. They have endured a difficult year alongside us and have helped us keep the doors open. We are proud to announce that effective immediately, no Groovy Donuts employee will make less than $10 per hour. We understand that adding expenses can be burdensome, especially in these difficult times, but we recognize that our team is the beating heart of our business!
